Our Request a Cleaning form calculates an estimated service time and price based on the details you provide. We review your request and confirm the service and price before your cleaning. Once confirmed, that price applies to the agreed scope of work, even if the cleaning is completed in less time than estimated.

If you request additional work that would increase the price, we will discuss the additional cost with you before proceeding.

There is a minimum of 2 hours per visit for most services (4 hours for post-construction / renovation).

Amounts are shown before tax. We are not currently charging HST. If required in the future, HST (13%) will be added to invoices.

For addresses located 10 km or more from St. Marys, a Travel Fee may be applied. The Travel Fee is calculated using Google Maps driving time.

Addresses within 10 km of St. Marys do not include a Travel Fee.

The estimate on the request form is based on typical homes and offices in the St. Marys and Stratford area. It uses the information you provide, the service type you choose, and any add-ons or task-based items to calculate a realistic planning range.

The estimated time is based on the information you provide about your property and selected services. It helps us plan the visit and calculate your price. Once your service and price are confirmed, the confirmed price applies to the agreed scope of work.

On the Request a Cleaning form you choose the type of service:

Basic / maintenance cleaning is designed for regular upkeep and is our most affordable service tier.

Deep cleaning is more detailed and takes more time per room, so it is priced at a higher rate than basic cleaning.

Move-in / move-out is a higher-detail, inspection-focused service and is priced accordingly.

Post-construction / renovation has a minimum of 4 hours per visit. It is always a one-time service and is not available as a recurring booking.

Commercial / office cleaning is priced based on the selected service and scope. A first-time deep commercial clean requires more detail and time and is priced at a higher rate.

Yes. On the Request a Cleaning page you can switch from "Full space" to "Specific tasks only". In this mode you select only the tasks you need.

The form calculates a planning estimate based on typical durations. The 2-hour minimum still applies for standalone visits. If tasks are combined with cleaning at the same address, the confirmed price is determined by the agreed combined scope. Standard task items and deep-clean task items (kitchen, bathroom) are estimated separately in the form and reflected in your confirmed price.

No. Add-ons are optional extras. They are not included in standard basic cleaning unless you select them. The form adds extra time for the add-ons you choose, so your estimate updates before you submit the request.

Yes. We normally bring our own products, cloths and basic equipment suitable for most homes and small offices. If you prefer specific products for certain surfaces, note this on the request form and we will follow your instructions.

St. Marys is our home base. We serve St. Marys, Stratford, and nearby communities within approximately 35 km (including Mitchell, Lucan, Thamesford, Tavistock, Exeter, Ingersoll, Woodstock and others). For addresses at the edge of the service area, availability depends on timing, route, and job scope.

You do not have to be home. We agree on access in advance (keys, lockbox, building entry, etc.). Access details are used only for scheduled visits and follow your instructions.

We're used to working in homes with dogs and cats. You can describe pet rules on the request form. We follow your instructions for gates, doors, crates, and keep pets safe during the visit.

You can reschedule or skip a visit - we ask for as much notice as possible so the time can be offered to someone else. For recurring clients, skipping may make the next visit take slightly longer; we confirm before we start.

We do not handle heavy construction debris, biohazard/mould remediation, sewage issues, unsafe-height work, or junk hauling. If unsure, describe it in the request notes and we'll confirm what's included.

Typically payment is due on the day of service once the visit is complete. We provide a summary of the visit and scope completed. Amounts are before tax. We are not currently charging HST. If required in the future, HST (13%) will be added to invoices.

We agree on a typical scope, frequency and preferred time window. The first visit may take longer (especially if a deep clean is needed). After that, visits usually stay close to the same time unless scope changes, traffic increases, or add-ons are added.

Yes. Existing clients can share their personal referral link with friends and family. When a referred person books and completes their first cleaning, you earn $10 added to your referral wallet and they get $10 off that first cleaning.

The reward is one-time per referred person - once their first cleaning is complete. There is no limit to how many people you can refer.

When you earn a referral reward, the $10 is added to your referral wallet inside your account. Credits have no expiry.

When your next invoice is issued, we can apply your wallet balance to reduce the amount owing. If your balance covers the full invoice, nothing is owed for that visit.

Yes. We run a Community Care Cleaning Program for residents in St. Marys who are going through a difficult time.

We offer a free one-time basic cleaning to households in need. Applications are open to St. Marys residents only. Up to 3 households are selected per period based on need and availability.

Background checks are part of our trust and screening process. Our owner-cleaner has completed a Police Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check with a negative result. As additional cleaner checks are completed, we can confirm that with clients upon request.
