Add-ons

Add-ons are optional extras you can combine with most services. They add time to the visit, and the final invoice is based on actual time on site.

Pricing structure

Add-ons are billed at the hourly rate of the service you select (basic $35/hr, deep $40/hr, move-in/out $45/hr), with a 2-hour minimum per visit.

On the Request form, add-ons contribute typical minutes to your estimate. The final invoice is based on actual labour time.

Most requested add-ons

Inside fridge

Interior shelves and drawers. Requires the fridge to be emptied before cleaning. Typical planning time: ~30 minutes.

Inside oven

Interior oven cleaning for light to moderate soil. Heavy carbon buildup may require extra time. Typical planning time: ~35 minutes.

Interior windows

Accessible interior glass and frames. Typical planning time: ~8 minutes per window.

Detailed baseboards

Extra time dedicated to baseboards and reachable trim. Typical planning time: ~25 minutes.

Cabinets & drawers (inside)

Inside wipe of cabinets and drawers (kitchen/bath). Must be emptied before cleaning. Typical planning time: ~20 minutes per group.

Exterior windows

Ground-level and safely accessible exterior glass and frames. Typical planning time: ~12 minutes per window.

Spot cleaning of walls

Targeted spot-wiping of visible marks and scuffs on walls. Typical planning time: ~20 minutes.

Garage / entry clean-up

Garage or entryway tidy and sweep. Timing depends on scope and condition. Typical planning time: ~45 minutes.

Small carpet / rug cleaning

Hand-vacuumed and spot-wiped with our wet-dry vacuum. Suitable for small area rugs and low-pile carpets. Not a deep extraction clean - for regular maintenance between deep cleans. Typical planning time: ~15 minutes per rug.

Light household tasks

These small tasks can be added to any cleaning visit. Each adds a few minutes to the planned time.

Bed linen change

Strip and remake beds with fresh linen you provide. Typical planning time: ~12 minutes per bed.

Load / unload dishwasher

Load dirty dishes or unload clean ones and put them away. Planning time around ~15 minutes.

Collect dirty laundry

Gather dirty laundry from rooms and bring it to the laundry room. Planning time around ~10 minutes.

Preparation rules (to avoid wasted time)

Inside fridge/oven: appliance must be emptied (and cooled where relevant).
Inside cabinets/drawers: must be emptied for inside cleaning.
Windows: ensure safe access and remove fragile items from window sills.
Carpet / rug cleaning: rug must be flat and accessible; furniture does not need to be moved.
Bed linen change: fresh linen must be left on or near each bed.
Garage/specialty: define the target zone and access rules in the request notes.
