Pricing structure

2-hour minimum per visit. Your confirmed price applies to the agreed scope of work.

Commercial service scope is confirmed in writing. The Request form provides planning information. First-time deep commercial cleaning requires more detail and time and is priced accordingly.

Core areas

Reception and common areas.
Offices (surface-level by agreement).
Washrooms and staff rooms.
Floors: vacuum and mop, entrance mats.
Garbage and recycling to designated collection area.

Optional items

High-touch point sanitization plan (handles, switches, counters).
Interior glass and partitions (accessible).
Kitchenette appliances exterior; inside work by agreement.
Supply restocking (if supplies are provided on site).

Scheduling and access

We can work early morning, evening, or off-hours where possible.
We confirm access procedures (keys, alarm codes, contact person).
Frequency is tailored to traffic: weekly / multiple times per week / bi-weekly.
Monthly flat-rate contracts are possible.

Typical timing (guidelines)

Small offices up to ~1,500 sq ft: often 2-4 hours per visit.
Higher traffic or higher sanitation needs take more time.
Final time is confirmed based on facility walkthrough and expectations.
