We look at three things: size of the property, current condition and the type of cleaning (maintenance, deep, move-in / move-out, commercial). For many homes we quote a fixed range based on experience, not only hours.
No. Many clients are at work or away. We agree on access in advance (keys, lockbox, building entry) and follow the same routine every visit.
You can reschedule or skip a visit — we simply ask for notice as early as possible so we can adjust the day. For recurring clients we confirm new dates right away so the routine stays consistent.
Yes. Deep cleaning and move-in / move-out projects are a regular part of our work. We focus on kitchens, bathrooms, baseboards and high-touch areas, and can add inside fridge, oven and cabinets on request.
We do not handle heavy renovation debris, biohazard, mould removal or work at heights that is unsafe. For most regular homes and small offices we can cover all standard cleaning tasks — we simply confirm the limits when we discuss your request.
St. Marys is our base. We regularly work in St. Marys and parts of Stratford, and in nearby communities within approximately 15–20 km, depending on the size and timing of the job.
