Routine maintenance cleaning for houses, townhouses, condos and apartments. Designed to keep your living space consistently fresh once it has been brought to a good baseline condition.

Base rate: $35/hour per cleaner · minimum booking 2 hours per visit ($70 + HST).

• Residential cleaning is billed by actual time on site, using the same hourly rate and minimum as on the Request form.
• Typical 1–2 bedroom apartment, basic maintenance clean: 2–3 hours total visit time (approx. $70–$105 + HST) once the home is in regular condition.
• Typical 3–4 bedroom family home, basic maintenance clean: 3–5 hours total visit time (approx. $105–$175 + HST), depending on layout and traffic.

A more detailed, top-to-bottom clean. Recommended a few times a year, after renovations, before moving into a maintenance schedule or when a property has not been professionally cleaned for a while.

Same hourly structure as regular cleaning: $35/hour per cleaner · minimum 2 hours per visit ($70 + HST).

• Deep cleaning uses the same hourly rate as on the Request form — it simply takes more time per room than a basic visit.
• Typical 2–3 bedroom home deep clean: 4–7 hours total visit time (approx. $140–$245 + HST), depending on build-up and details requested.
• Larger homes or heavily used spaces can take longer; the Request form increases estimated time when you switch from “Basic cleaning” to “Deep cleaning”.

Detailed cleaning for empty or nearly-empty properties, ready for inspection, handover or new owners. Includes many of the elements from a deep clean plus inside of cupboards and appliances (where requested).

Same hourly structure as on the Request form: $35/hour per cleaner · minimum 2 hours per visit ($70 + HST).

• Move-in / move-out cleans often take longer than regular deep cleaning.
• Typical empty 1–2 bedroom apartment: 4–6 hours (approx. $140–$210 + HST).
• Larger houses can range from 6–10+ hours (approx. $210–$350+ + HST).

Sometimes you do not need the whole home cleaned — only certain rooms, windows, a garage, outdoor concrete or a one-time winter visit. On the Request form this is the “Specific tasks only” mode.

Same time-based structure as all other services: $35/hour per cleaner with a 2-hour minimum per visit ($70 + HST).

• The Request form adds typical minutes per selected task to calculate a realistic estimate.
• When combined with a standard home clean, you pay for actual total time on site.
• For small jobs booked alone (e.g. “windows only”), the 2-hour minimum still applies.

Regular cleaning for offices, clinics, small retail, studios and other workplaces in St. Marys, Stratford and surrounding communities.

Commercial work is billed by time: $35/hour per cleaner, minimum 2 hours per visit ($70 + HST), with a final scope confirmed in writing based on the facility and tasks.

• Most small offices up to ~1,500 sq ft require around 2–4 person-hours per visit.
• Larger spaces or higher sanitation needs take longer; we confirm expected time and frequency.
• The Request form provides a planning estimate; final quote and schedule are confirmed after review.

Light winter maintenance around residential and small commercial entrances in St. Marys. Focused on walkways, steps and access paths — not full-scale plowing service.

Winter visits follow the same time-based pricing: $35/hour per cleaner, minimum 2 hours per visit ($70 + HST) when booked on their own.

• Typical front walk + steps: ~45 minutes as a planning estimate (conditions vary).
• Combined with cleaning at the same address: you pay for total combined time only.
• Focus is on walkways/entrances; scope is confirmed per request.
