Specific Tasks

Choose only the tasks you need, such as windows, bathrooms only, or garage cleanup, instead of a full-home cleaning. Standard task items and deep-clean task items are shown separately in the Request flow.

Pricing structure

Standard task items and deep-clean task items (kitchen, bathroom) are estimated separately in the Request form, with a 2-hour minimum per visit. Your confirmed price applies to the agreed scope of work.

The Request form builds a planning estimate by adding typical minutes per selected task. Scope and priorities are confirmed before we start.

Where a task can be repeated, the Request form lets the customer choose a quantity, such as 2 bathrooms, 3 rooms or 6 windows.

Specific Tasks can also be requested for recurring service when the customer only wants selected areas maintained instead of a full-home cleaning.

Typical planning times (guidelines)

These are planning values used to estimate time and scope. Condition, access, clutter level and buildup can increase or decrease timing.

Full bathroom (deep clean): planning ~ 45 minutes.
Regular bathroom cleaning: planning ~ 35 minutes per bathroom.
Powder room (toilet + sink): planning ~ 20 minutes.
Regular kitchen cleaning: planning ~ 40 minutes per kitchen.
Room cleaning: planning ~ 30 minutes per room.
Dusting only: planning ~ 20 minutes per room.
Floor cleaning: planning ~ 15 minutes per selected area.
Stairs cleaning: planning ~ 15 minutes per flight.
Detailed baseboards: planning ~ 25 minutes per selected area.
Spot cleaning of walls: planning ~ 20 minutes per selected area.
Doors / door frames: planning ~ 15 minutes per selected area.
Inside fridge: planning ~ 35 minutes.
Inside oven: planning ~ 40 minutes.
Microwave interior: planning ~ 10 minutes.
Inside empty cabinets: planning ~ 25 minutes per cabinet group.
Entryway / foyer: planning ~ 15 minutes per selected area.
Interior windows: planning ~ 8 minutes per window.
Exterior windows: planning ~ 12 minutes per window.
Garage clean-up: planning ~ 60 minutes starting point.

If your task list is small, remember the 2-hour minimum per standalone visit still applies. If combined with a regular clean at the same address, the confirmed price covers the agreed combined scope.

Preparation tips

Clear access to the areas you want cleaned (floors, counters, window sills).
If you want inside cabinets/drawers, they must be empty.
For fridge/oven interior: empty and cool appliance where applicable.
Provide any special instructions in the Request form notes.
