Commercial & Office Cleaning

Time-based commercial cleaning for offices, small retail, clinics, studios and other workplaces. We build a consistent plan and schedule based on your facility layout and traffic.

Pricing structure

$35/hour per cleaner with a 2-hour minimum per visit (labour before HST).

Commercial service scope is confirmed in writing. The Request form provides planning information; final timing depends on square footage, traffic, and sanitization requirements.

Typical commercial scope

Core areas

Reception and common areas.
Offices (surface-level by agreement).
Washrooms and staff rooms.
Floors: vacuum and mop, entrance mats.
Garbage and recycling to designated collection area.

Optional items

High-touch point sanitization plan (handles, switches, counters).
Interior glass and partitions (accessible).
Kitchenette appliances exterior; inside work by agreement.
Supply restocking (if supplies are provided on site).

Scheduling and access

We can work early morning, evening, or off-hours where possible.
We confirm access procedures (keys, alarm codes, contact person).
Frequency is tailored to traffic: weekly / multiple times per week / bi-weekly.
Monthly flat-rate contracts are possible (calculated from time-based structure).

Typical timing (guidelines)

Small offices up to ~1,500 sq ft: often 2–4 person-hours per visit.
Higher traffic or higher sanitation needs: more person-hours.
Final time is confirmed based on facility walkthrough and expectations.
