Deep Cleaning

A detailed “reset” clean recommended for new clients, seasonal refresh, homes with buildup, or before switching to a regular maintenance schedule.

Pricing structure

$35/hour per cleaner with a 2-hour minimum per visit (labour before HST).

Person-hours: billing is based on total labour time. Example: 2 cleaners × 3 hours = 6 labour hours.

The Request form provides a planning estimate; final priorities and scope are confirmed before we start.

What deep cleaning is (and is not)

Deep cleaning is a time-intensive service focused on detailed work and buildup removal. It is not a restoration, renovation, or guaranteed stain removal service. If there is severe damage, permanent staining, or unsafe access, we will advise realistically.

Best for

First-time clients (baseline reset).
Seasonal refresh (spring/fall).
Homes that have not been professionally cleaned for a while.
Preparing for maintenance schedule (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly).

Not a replacement for

Mould remediation or biohazard cleaning.
Post-construction cleaning (special scope).
Carpet extraction / steam cleaning (specialized equipment).
High ladder / unsafe access work.

Typical deep-clean focus areas

Kitchens

Detailed counters, sink, backsplash and stovetop surface.
More time on grease/splashes and high-touch points.
Exterior of appliances (detailed wipe).
Add-ons available: inside oven, inside fridge, cabinets/drawers (must be emptied).

Bathrooms

Detailed tub/shower work, fixtures, mirrors.
Extra attention to corners, edges, buildup.
Toilets, sinks, counters, visible tile/trim within time scope.

All rooms

Baseboards, reachable trim and door frames (time-dependent).
Window sills, reachable ledges, vents where accessible.
Detailed dusting and wipe-down of accessible surfaces.
Floors last: vacuum then mop.

Typical timing (guidelines)

2–3 bedroom home: 4–7 hours total visit time (condition-dependent).
Larger homes or heavier buildup: 7–10+ hours (scope dependent).
Add-ons increase the estimate; actual time on site determines final invoice.
