Specific Tasks

Choose only the tasks you need (windows, bathrooms only, garage cleanup, outdoor concrete, winter visits, etc.) instead of a full-home cleaning.

Pricing structure

$35/hour per cleaner with a 2-hour minimum per visit (labour before HST).

The Request form builds a planning estimate by adding typical minutes per selected task. The final invoice is based on actual time on site.

Common tasks (examples)

Indoor tasks

Bathrooms only (full bathroom / powder room).
Kitchen only deep clean (surfaces / detailed areas).
Interior windows (accessible).
Inside fridge / inside oven (requires empty appliance).
Baseboards / trim detail (time-based).
Cabinets & drawers inside (must be emptied).

Outdoor / specialty

Garage clean-up and declutter support.
Outdoor concrete and entrance areas.
Backyard/outdoor concrete (scope dependent).
One-time winter walkway shovelling (see Winter Services page).

Typical planning times (guidelines)

These are planning values used to estimate time; the final invoice uses actual time. Condition, access, clutter level and buildup can increase or decrease timing.

Full bathroom (deep clean): planning ~ 45 minutes.
Powder room (toilet + sink): planning ~ 20 minutes.
Windows: planning ~ 10–15 minutes per window.
Garage clean-up: planning ~ 1.5 hours starting point.
One-time snow visit: planning ~ 45 minutes (conditions vary).

If your task list is small, remember the 2-hour minimum per standalone visit still applies. If combined with a regular clean at the same address, you pay for total combined time.

Preparation tips

Clear access to the areas you want cleaned (floors, counters, window sills).
If you want inside cabinets/drawers, they must be empty.
For fridge/oven interior: empty and cool appliance where applicable.
Provide any special instructions in the Request form notes.
