Stratford - an established part of our route
Stratford is about 18 km from our base in St. Marys - a direct drive east along Huron Road that takes roughly 20 minutes. We already clean homes in Stratford on a regular basis, and it is one of our most consistent areas outside of St. Marys itself.
The city is known for its heritage architecture. The older residential streets near the Festival Theatre - William Street, Albert Street, Downie Street - have a mix of Victorian and Edwardian homes with higher baseboards, original trim, and textured surfaces that respond well to methodical, detailed cleaning. We work through our standard checklists and adjust to what we find on site.
We also cover the newer subdivisions on the north and east sides of Stratford where the homes are more modern in layout. Both types benefit from consistent care: the heritage properties need attention to detail around original features, the newer builds need steady maintenance to stay in good condition over time.
