Woodstock is about 33 km from St. Marys - close to the outer edge of our service zone, and roughly 35 minutes by car. It is Oxford County's largest city with an active residential real estate market, which translates into a steady demand for move-in and move-out cleaning as properties turn over.
The housing stock in Woodstock splits into two distinct eras. The older core - streets near the downtown and the areas developed before the mid-20th century - has Victorian and Edwardian detached homes with the kind of accumulated grime in corners, fixtures, and grout lines that benefits from a proper deep clean. The north end, which expanded significantly over the past two decades with newer subdivisions, has larger modern homes and townhouses that typically need a thorough move-out clean between occupants or regular maintenance during use.
